WHAT IS THE VISION?
To build a vibrant faith and worship community that is self sustaining and collaborative so anyone can serve and know God

WHAT IS THE STORY?
The story of New Life Church starts in the summer of 2014, when a small group of young adults from the Temple City Seventh-day Adventist Church started a Friday night service called Converge – a Christ-centered community that served local Adventist young adults. This Friday night service soon grew into much more, hosting an annual art festival and other events throughout the year.
Starting in late 2018, the leadership of Converge decided to pause weekly services to spend time seeking God’s vision for both this faith community and for the local community. After months of prayer and planning, that vision became known as New Life, a church plant hoping to expand the reach of God’s love in the San Gabriel Valley.

- To foster and grow an authentic worship community for young adults, young professionals, and young families.
- To make a relationship with Jesus irresistible to this current generation
- To grow intentionally and naturally until achieving necessary attendance and funding to move when and where God leads
